Paula Rocheleau, CEO

When working with mangers and administrators - she's been there & done that. Paula's education supports her profession in quality care of seniors. She is a licensed social worker and has worked at the county level. Paula has effectively managed an assisted living. She's also a licensed nursing home administrator and has stellar experience to back up her knowledge. Paula's forte is handling budgets and 'sticky' topics. Not afraid to 'get her hands dirty', she's been involved in every aspect of these businesses and has helped them to thrive in an ever-changing atmosphere of long-term health care.


Shauna Kapsner, Director of Operations (and partial owner)
Shauna Kapsner

Shauna provides the 'outside the box' thinking & research functions at PSLO. She has years of business experience regarding billing, accounts receivable, marketing and project management under her belt. Her strengths are assisted living focused: providing support for assisted living managers, state survey audits, quality improvement, grant research and writing.


Mari Jo Poster, Office Manager
Mari Jo Poster

Mari Jo is our 'go-to' woman! Queen of the multi-task, her experience lies in accounting and personnel therefore she is a perfect fit to handle billing and payroll. She also handles small projects that get thrown in her direction with incredible ease. This office organizer keeps us hopping, and Mari Jo is an angel for doing so.


Jennifer Mikos, Nursing Services Director
Stacy Walz, RN

Jennifer was added to PSLO in 2015. She has spent her entire career in long-term care and has been focused on the assisted living setting. Jennifer has her BSN and is Board Certified in Gerontology.


Kristi Marshik, Billing Specialist (assisted living, memory care & DD sites)
Kristi Marshik

Kristi joined PSLO in 2011. She has worked in the health care setting for years and has specialized in the billing processes that go along with it. Krisit's bubbly personality and her attention to detail make her a fit to our team.

Craig Ritter, Director of Finance
Craig Ritter

Craig is a CPA who joined the PSLO team in 2014. With complete and thorough experience in auditing, he certainly makes sure our ‘ducks’ are in a row. A graduate of St. Cloud State University, Craig’s interests lie in both Accounting and Finance.

Kathy Barnhardt, Regional RN
Kathy Barnhardt

Kathy was added again to PSLO in 2015. We have had the pleasure of working with Kathy prior to her RN licensure as a Home Health Aide and we are lucky to have her back. Kathy’s heart lies in long term care and she is Board Certified in Gerontology.

Michelle Block, Billing Specialist (skilled nursing sites)

Michelle was added to our team in 2015. She has worked in the billing sector of long term care for many years. Always with a smile and chipper disposition, her expertise is invaluable to our PSLO team.

Joan Ritter, Administrative Assistant
Joan Ritter

Joan joined the PSLO team in 2015. Although new to long term care, her vast experience and knowledge behind the scenes with payroll, and all of our accounts payable is immense.
